Megan is open to painting commissions. If you have an idea, send her an email with a photo or any images you have in mind.
Customers are welcome to pick up their purchase. If you live in the Sooke region, free delivery of your item(s) can be arranged. Please contact Megan by email: firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone 250-886-4925 to make arrangements.
Currently, shipping is limited to within Canada. Shipping costs are based on Canada Post shipping rates.
I may be able to combine shipping if buying more than one product, please email me at email@example.com to let me know what items you'd like to purchase and I'll see what the total shipping cost will be. Due to limitations of Wix.com I am unable combine shipping through the website itself and must do this separately.
To return your product, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain shipping instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Currently, prints are not available, but if there is enough interest, offering prints will be considered. Prints would only be available for Megan's original paintings.
PayPal and debit/credit are accepted.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately a refund or an exchange is not possible. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you that your returned item has been received. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges are possible for like items. Currently, there is only one of each item available.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. All clearance items are final sale.
