Is 20x24 inches and painted with heavy body acrylics on a deep 1.5 inch canvas. Gleeful is my reaction to the turmoil in the Ukraine. The sunflower remains a symbol of peace and reminds me that hope and light remain, no matter how dark the world gets. A point of interest is the centers, they were created using Sennelier paint tips and heavy body acrylics, giving it a textured look. Gleeful is a reminder that there is joy in world.
