Is 14x14 inches and painted with heavy body acrylics on a deep 1.5 inch canvas. When I gaze at a flower I love to get lost in its colors and textures. My favorite part of this painting is the quinacridone magenta and cadmium red centers with a sprinkling of other colors. I wanted to create a series of very loosely painted flowers. The petals and background are formed from whimsical brushstrokes that go in every direction. This painting is sure to be the focal point of any room and will bring a sense of joy and uplifting energy wherever it hangs.
